Following successful evaluation of the Cultural Compacts pilot scheme funded by Arts Council England, this follow-up report by the independent Cultural Cities Enquiry sponsored by Key Cities and partners made a series of recommendations about how culture can help drive post-Covid recovery, including the creation of a further 100 Cultural Compacts.
