This event will: introduce Key Cities new report, Levelling Up, Emissions Down, which sets out the progress to net zero that local cities are making; shares the best examples from Labour-run local authorities; and focuses on how Labour Party policy can support local authorities to achieve their ambitious targets for the benefit of their citizens and the planet.
